The auras of the several members of the Snake-people tribe accompanying Black Nether erupted simultaneously, and terrifying pressure swept outward, kicking up violent gusts of wind. Without a doubt, they were all powerful experts at the late stage of the Dan-Forming realm.

Back then, Qian Chuan, the Sect Master of the Profound Dao Sect, was merely at the middle stage of the Dan-Forming realm. The leaders of the three major factions, who were on par with the Profound Dao Sect, possessed roughly this same level of cultivation. Yet, the individuals before him were all late-stage Dan-Forming cultivators. This was enough to prove that the influence and strength of the Snake-people tribe were far greater than one could possibly imagine.

Such a formidable force, once they left the Divine Medicine Mountain Range and appeared within the borders of the Clear Water Country, would be entirely capable of sweeping across the entire nation. Fortunately, however, the Snake-people tribe remained aloof from worldly disputes; deep within the Divine Medicine Mountain Range, they adhered to the ancestral teachings and guarded the rebirth of the immortal medicine.

The several late-stage Dan-Forming experts of the Snake-people tribe fixed their icy gazes upon Yin Tianfang, and amidst the shifting of their auras, a chilling killing intent permeated the air.

"Do not act rashly!" Just as several of them were preparing to strike down Yin Tianfang, Black Nether raised a hand to stop the others, his expression grave as he stared at Yin Tianfang. To be precise, he was looking at the golden longsword in Yin Tianfang's hand.

At this moment, the longsword was gripped in Yin Tianfang's hand and appeared completely unremarkable. However, just moments ago, after Yin Tianfang activated the blade, Black Nether had clearly sensed a natural coercion emanating from the sword body. That suppression was powerful enough to severely diminish the might of his own cultivation arts and divine abilities.

"Brat, if you have the guts, put down the sword in your hand and fight me in a fair duel. Relying on external objects, what kind of ability is that!" Black Nether shouted in a cold voice.

"Could it be that you do not know that sometimes external objects are also a form of one's strength?" Yin Tianfang replied calmly, holding the longsword firmly in his grip.

"You—" Black Nether was choked with anger, wishing he could rush over and give Yin Tianfang a thorough beating. Yet, as he looked at the golden golden longsword in Yin Tianfang's hand, a trace of deep-seated fear flickered in the depths of his eyes.

"Let's go!" With a cold snort, Black Nether immediately soared into the air and streaked away toward the distance. The other figures cast unkind glances at Yin Tianfang before swiftly following after him.

Watching Black Nether and the others depart, Yin Tianfang finally put the longsword away. A golden dragon burrowed out from between his brows, flew high into the sky, and cast its gaze toward the Divine Medicine Mountain Range. After a brief moment, the golden dragon landed on Yin Tianfang's shoulder and said, "That place will open very soon."

"Take advantage of this period to properly consolidate your cultivation. Once that place opens, I will take you inside," the golden dragon said to Yin Tianfang.

Yin Tianfang nodded slightly. With a flick of his thought, the earth beneath his feet churned, and his figure slowly sank into the ground until the surroundings returned to their original tranquility.

In the blink of an eye, half a year passed. On this particular day, within the depths of the Divine Medicine Mountain Range, a pillar of light shot straight into the sky, and a powerful wave of energy swept outward, allowing its mighty aura to be clearly felt even tens of thousands of miles away.

The pillar of light pierced the heavens, stirring the wind and clouds into chaos. Across the firmament, tempests raged while lightning flashed and thunder rumbled. At this moment, every pair of eyes across the entire continent turned toward the skies, gazing at this spectacle with shock and awe.

The pillar of light persisted for roughly an hour before slowly dissipating. During that hour, the light pillar had served as a coordinate for countless figures, who bolted directly toward its location the moment it appeared.

Within the span of an hour, countless people arrived at the place where the light pillar had manifested. Every single one of these individuals radiated extraordinarily powerful auras, with those of the lowest cultivation sitting at the Great Completion stage of the Dan-Forming realm. Cultivators of the Nascent Soul realm, who were virtually unseen on ordinary days, numbered more than a dozen here. Only such powerful cultivators were capable of reaching this place.

The crowd stood suspended in mid-air, each occupying a spot as their gazes simultaneously fixed upon a single location. There stood a massive stone tablet, carved all over with wondrous runes.

The stone tablet was pitch black in its entirety, exuding an ancient and vicissitudinous aura. It was precisely from this stone tablet that the pillar of light had been emitted.

"Hum!" A resonant hum echoed from within the stone tablet, and a peculiar wave instantly swept outward, causing ripples to stir through the void. The sheer force of the impact compelled the people in the air to instinctively retreat backward.

Following this strange sound, the runes upon the stone tablet began to flicker with a faint radiance. The winds and clouds surged as countless strands of heaven and earth spiritual energy converged, submerging entirely into the stone tablet.

As the majestic forces of heaven and earth gathered, the stone tablet acted like a bottomless pit, devouring every last shred of spiritual energy. As more and more heaven and earth power was absorbed, the runes upon the stone tablet grew increasingly brilliant, until finally, these runes detached themselves from the surface of the tablet and floated into the air.

A dazzling radiance erupted from the runes, and countless symbols revolved in mid-air to form a colossal circle, within the center of which a massive vortex gradually took shape.

"The Sealed Land has opened! Everyone, charge in!" A shout rang out from within the crowd. Stirred by this cry, a commotion broke out, and figure after figure rushed frantically toward the vortex, scrambling to be first.

In mere moments, the surrounding area became empty and desolate, save for a few figures who had yet to make a move, their eyes fixed intently upon the vortex.

"It seems there is no danger. We can go in now," one of them softly remarked before stepping forward toward the vortex.

Following that person's movement, the few remaining individuals also walked toward the vortex one after another. The forest regained its former tranquility, save for the vortex, which continued to spin slowly, awaiting the arrival of others.

Outside the Divine Medicine Mountain Range, beside a small stream, a figure abruptly burst forth from beneath the ground, suspended in mid-air as he gazed afar into the depths of the Divine Medicine Mountain Range. Perched upon his shoulder was a miniature golden dragon.

"Brat, the Sealed Land has opened. Let's set off as well," the golden dragon said to Yin Tianfang, looking deep into the mountain range. "Close your eyes, and this sovereign will directly teleport you across."

Hearing this, Yin Tianfang closed his eyes. In an instant, the world spun wildly, and his body felt as though it were hurtling at extreme speed through a space devoid of any medium.

"Brat, we have arrived!" A few breaths later, the golden dragon's voice echoed in Yin Tianfang's ears. Yin Tianfang slowly opened his eyes, exhaled a soft breath of turbid air, and looked around, unable to suppress his shock.

The Snake-people tribe's settlement required traveling ten thousand miles deep into the Divine Medicine Mountain Range, and that Sealed Land was located even further inward than their village. Had he relied on his own speed, it would have taken Yin Tianfang a full day of flying. Yet, with the golden dragon's assistance, they had arrived in a mere few breaths.

"Is this the Sealed Land?" Yin Tianfang surveyed his surroundings before finally fixing his gaze upon the rotating vortex in the air and asking.

"Of course it is. Do you think this sovereign would lie to you? Hurry up and go inside," the golden dragon urged. Hearing this, Yin Tianfang no longer hesitated. With a flash of his figure, he plunged directly into the vortex and vanished.

Not long after Yin Tianfang disappeared, ripples stirred through the void, and a figure materialized out of thin air before the ancient stone tablet, his gaze flickering slightly as he stared at the relics of the past.
